Gosh where to start...I started UALR the fall after graduation and went until fall of '91. I met my husband in the spring of '91 and by that fall we were planning our wedding, so then...so much for college! We got married in May '92. Moved to Texas in '94 to live for a year, and then starting traveling with his job in Feb. '95. We were in NE Arkansas for a while, Indiana, S. Carolina, and then Memphis.
We ended up living in Eastern Arkansas (God forsaken country!!) from Dec. '96 until we moved to Beebe (our address is Searcy, but our kids are in the Beebe school district) in Aug. '05. We purchased 20 acres outside of Beebe and are in the process of building a house.
I worked as a Payroll Supervisor in Memphis when we lived in Marion, but I am now a stay at home mom since 2003 when Mattie was born. It can be challenging but I wouldn't trade it for anything! My husband, Spencer, works for Trane Arkansas doing commerical heating and air.
Cannot believe that it has been almost 20 years since we graduated!!! Anyway, that's a little of what I have been up to since 1989. |
